- Workflow-by-workflow time & cost analysis
- Before/after comparison with your real numbers
- Implementation roadmap with milestones
- ROI projection (payback period + Year 1)
- Technology recommendations for your stack
- Risk assessment & mitigation plan
3. Proposal & pilot — 1 week
You get a scoped proposal with deliverables, timeline, and a pilot plan — or an honest "not yet" if the ROI isn't there.
